Maya the Flying Heroine and the Broken Rainbow

One afternoon, after a light rain, a beautiful rainbow appeared in the sky above the city. The children ran outside and pointed at the sky.

“Look! A rainbow!” they cheered.

High above the clouds, Maya the Flying Heroine was flying peacefully when she noticed something strange. The rainbow did not look right. One color was missing! The rainbow looked faded and broken.

“Oh no,” Maya said. “The rainbow needs help!”

She flew closer and saw that the yellow color was missing from the rainbow. Without yellow, the rainbow did not look bright and happy.

“Don’t worry, Rainbow,” Maya said kindly. “I will fix this.”

Maya flew across the sky looking for the yellow color. Soon she saw a group of little birds playing near a field of bright yellow flowers. The birds had been carrying yellow flower dust, and the yellow color had spread everywhere except the rainbow.

Maya smiled😊.

Can I borrow some yellow color for the rainbow?” she asked.

The birds chirped happily and agreed to help. Maya gently collected some glowing yellow flower dust and flew back up to the rainbow.

She carefully sprinkled the yellow sparkle dust onto the rainbow. Slowly, the rainbow began to shine again — red, orange, yellow, green, blue, and purple all appeared bright and beautiful.

The children in the city looked up and clapped.
The rainbow is bright again!” they shouted.

Maya waved from the sky with a big smile.

As Maya flew back into the clouds, the children smiled and said,
“Thank you, Maya the Flying Heroine!”

And Maya waved and disappeared into the clouds, ready for her next adventure. 🌈🦸‍♀️✨
